Thoroughly reworked chassis for quieter motorway cruising.  The Aero is good value considering its pace and equipment.

Cabin is well built and free from squeaks and rattles; A balanced and smooth ride with light steering.

Diesel is torquey with good economy, petrol engines are refined and lively; 2.0T turbo provides quick acceleration.

Interiors retain flight-deck look and seats are supportive.

New body is tough with driver, passenger and side airbags, ABS, EBD, deadlocks, stereo and alarm/immobiliser included.

Saab 9-3 Sport Saloon = five and six speed manual gearboxes and a five-speed auto with optional steering wheel paddles.

Saab 9-3 Linear = 15" alloy wheels, CD/radio, headlamp washers, and leather steering wheel.

Saab 9-3  Arc = 16", leather upholstery, front fog lamps, cruise control, on-board computer, arm rest, Poplar wood trim and climate control with chilled glovebox.

Saab 9-3 Vector = 17" alloy wheels, leather/textile sports seats, sports steering wheel and gearknob., metal-look interior trim, colour-coded bumpers.

Saab 9-3 Sport Aero = 17" five-spoke alloy wheels, sports kit and rear spoiler. plus same spec as Vector.
